VET “RCVRTAS” is a state institution of the third level of vocational education, which ensures the implementation of citizens’ rights to obtain worker qualifications while simultaneously obtaining specialized secondary education.
VET “RCVRTAS” is a multidisciplinary vocational education institution that provides high-quality training of skilled workers for the needs of the region’s and state’s economy, namely for: railway transport, agriculture, public catering, and energy.
The institution was founded in 1934 as a railway school. During 2022-2024, it was reorganized into a multidisciplinary institution. Over the years of its operation, VET “RCVRTAS” has maintained a leading position among vocational education institutions in the Kharkiv region for the last 10 years in a row.
The tasks and main areas of activity of VET “RCVRTAS” are defined by its Charter.
Mission – to provide high-quality vocational education to train highly qualified, competitive specialists who are able to adapt flexibly to changes in the labor market and integrate into modern production and society; to create an innovative educational environment that promotes the acquisition of professional competencies, entrepreneurial thinking, and active citizenship.
Vision – to be a modern vocational education institution, a leader in the field of vocational education in the region, providing high-quality training for specialists in railway transport, the agricultural sector, and other areas of the country’s economy. The institution actively implements a dual form of education, expands cooperation with employers and innovative companies, and uses modern educational technologies and digital platforms to train qualified personnel.
Goal – to meet the needs of the regional labor market, ensure the competitiveness of graduates, and promote economic development, as well as make a significant contribution to the country’s post-war recovery.
