PROJECT ACTIVITIES

In 2025, teaching staff became participants in a project implemented by Mondo with financial support from the European Union, Germany, Poland, and Estonia as part of the Skills4Recovery Multi-Donor Initiative, which is being implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH GIZ Ukraine and Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL) on the topic of “Expanding opportunities for vocational education and training: a systematic approach through digital skills training and the development of an educational technology curriculum.”

In October 2024, teaching staff joined Junior Achievement Ukraine to develop digital skills among young people and help create a better digital future.

The teaching staff of the institution is participating in a joint project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under the Emergency Recovery Program for the creation of digital learning centers (DLC) in Ukraine.

During the 2023/2024 academic year, as part of international cooperation in the implementation of the “Labor Capacity Development for Ukraine” project, organized by the International Development Foundation NGO with the assistance of the USAID Economic Support to Ukraine Project, short-term training for the adult population was carried out:

– in the profession of “Agricultural tractor driver” in the competency “Engine maintenance and repair” (15 people);
– in the profession of “Cook” in the competency “Preparation of dishes and side dishes from vegetables and mushrooms. Preparation of broths, soups, and sauces” (15 people);
– in the profession “Cook” in the competency “Preparation of dishes from eggs, milk, and dairy products, cheese,” “Preparation of cold dishes and appetizers” (19 people).

In the 2022/2023 academic year, the institution participated in the project “Energy-efficient educational institution. Thermal modernization of vocational education institutions within the framework of developed courses on energy efficiency,“ which is being implemented by the Lyudina Charitable Foundation in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the support of the project ”Promoting Energy Efficiency and Implementing the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine,” which is being implemented by GIZ on behalf of the German government. A course entitled “Window and Door Installer” (30 participants) has been developed and implemented.

In 2021-2025, participant in short-term training programs of the international project “FUTURE PROFI” on the implementation of energy-saving training programs “Vocational training in energy efficiency in Ukraine” in vocational and technical education institutions of Ukraine. According to the Memorandum signed between the institution and the German Society for International Cooperation GIZ, an additional partial qualification “Thermal Insulation Insulator” was introduced into the educational process for studying the profession “Rolling Stock Repair Mechanic” (100 people received certificates for this partial qualification during 2021-2025).

From October 2019 to November 2020, the institution participated in the implementation of the International Cooperation Project of the Senior Expert Service (SES) (Germany, SES expert Albert Rorarius) and the teaching staff on the topic: “Teaching methodology based on competence- and personality-oriented approaches.”
